The face behind Antler Kollective is Maurice Mendes.

Originally from Stuttgart, Germany, he has spent 15+ years in Finance & Accounting in Germany, Switzerland and North America. Maurice provides a wide range of experience such as:

  • Start-up to mid-size to large / global companies, incl. Private Equity backed, such as Sovos Brands (acquired by Campbell in 2024), Danone North America, The WhiteWave Foods Co, KraussMaffei and Daimler (Mercedes-Benz).

  • Software Implementations for NetSuite, Business Central / Navision and SAP

  • Built out first teams and led established teams

  • Completed first-time and ongoing audits

  • Forecasting, Modeling, Reporting, Cash Flows

  • CPG Experience, incl. Rebate & Deductions Management and Inventory

  • Key Player in a successful IPO

Maurice has a Bachelor’s Degree in Business from Steinbeis University Berlin, a Betriebswirt (VWA) degree in Economics from Verwaltungs- und Wirtschaftsakademie Baden-Wuerttemberg and is a Co-Active Coach, trained by the Co-Active Training Institute.
